Terms and Conditions:

re20 Designs maintains this site for your information and the promotion of screen printed wine products.

By purchasing an item advertised on this website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

re20 Designs may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any amendment will become effective immediately.

re20 Designs makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy.

re20 Designs assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of this site.

Digital pictures are used for photographic purposes; props may also be used to portray the product.

Sale of Wine:

re20 Designs is the holder of a Victorian Limited Liquor Licence number 36100727.

All items containing alcohol can only be purchased and delivered to persons over the age of 18 years of age .

When ordering wine you must declare that you are over the age of 18. At the time of delivery the person receiving the wine must produce evidence of proof of age if requested.

We will contact you to re confirm your delivery address, once your payment has been processed and cleared.

We recommend when ordering, to provide a daytime (work) delivery address so there will be someone there to sign for it. If you provide a home address and the receiver is not home, there may be an additional charge to you for the courier to return at a suitable time.

Pricing:

The prices quoted on this website are in Australian dollars AUD$ and is subject to change without notice. All prices include GST.

Items cost as shown on this website do not include delivery costs. The cost of delivery is added on as part of the ordering process.

A 50% deposit is required before commencement of printing of personalised designs. Items will only be despatched when full payment has been received by re20 Designs.

Payment Methods:

Cheques and Money Orders; to be made out to “re20 Designs” and posted to Unit 6 / 2 Brand Drive, Thomastown, Vic, 3074.

Direct Bank Transfer (internet banking); from your account to our re20 Designs account. Details are Westpac Bank : BSB 033135 Account Number 238949.

Credit Card; We accept Visa and Mastercard by telephone.

Delivery:

Regular delivery is with Australia Post or commercial couriers.

Delivery costs and delivery time will be advised at the time of ordering.

Delivery costs are calculated on the destination and size / weight.

We will not accept liability for a delay in the event that there is no one to receive the order at the delivery address. Any additional resending costs will be incurred by the customer.

Because of the nature of the product we cannot deliver to post boxes.

re20 Designs is not responsible for the item’s delivery. Every care is taken to ensure safe delivery. We cannot guarantee every unforseen circumstance, such as theft, damage or a parcel not arriving at a certain time or place.

Generic pre-printed items will be posted within 3 days of processing the order.

Personalised printed items will be posted within 10 days of processing the order. Our items are unique and are often only made when an order is placed.

Should a purchase fail to arrive you must inform re20 Designs as soon as possible so that it may be traced to ensure that delivery will occur as soon as possible.

While we take special care in packaging and delivery, should an item be delivered damaged please inform re20 Designs within 5 days of delivery.

re20 Designs will replace the item once it has been returned and deemed it damaged.

The purchaser agrees that goods shall be at its sole risk both, in transit and whilst in the purchasers possession.

Refunds:

A product can be returned within 7 days of receipt if not completely satisfied for a full refund less the cost of freight.

The goods must be returned in a saleable form with the original packaging intact and wine unopened. Used merchandise is non-returnable.

We do not provide products on a trial basis and do not refund for incorrect choice.

All returns must be made in writing and include the invoice number and the reason for the return.

The purchaser will incur the return freight charges.

Privacy:

We guarantee that your personal details will remain confidential and will not be passed on to any other party.

A purchaser’s credit card details are not stored anywhere on the internet. The only party who have access to this data are the merchant’s bank.
